[debian-mysql] Will we see MariaDB in Jessie?

Hi Thomas,

Otto already prepared mariadb packages for jessie.
Although we'll have a pkg-mysql this week where we'll discuss the plans
for jessie.

But I (personally) would not drop oracle-mysql in favour of any
alternative, but let the user choose which falvour to use (similar to
the virtual httpd package)
