[debian-mysql] Patches for MySQL 5.6 packaging

Hi Akhil,

thanks for your support.
cannot believe that it was that minor to get things working.

anyhow - I integrated your cahnges into SVN and prepared packages for
testing purpose

If somebody is interested in testing
