[debian-mysql] Patch with improvements in MySQL 5.6 packaging

Hi,

I have been working on the MySQL 5.6 packaging for a while and made more 
improvements in the packaging source as per my understanding and 
suggestions I received earlier.

The changes have been consolidated in the `svn diff` attached with this 
mail as debian-mysql-5.6.patch. I would like to request for your review 
and comments on the changes I have made and would like to know if they 
fall in line with the current set of requirements for MySQL 5.6 packaging.
