[debian-mysql] Patch with improvements in MySQL 5.6 packaging

Hi Björn,

I merged the below mentioned two patch files into one
fix-man-page-links.patch but forgot to reflect the same in
debian/patches/series file.

#fix-man-mysql_client_test_embedded.1.patch
#fix-man-mysqltest_embedded.1.patch

Maybe once I get access then I need to get rid of the two lines you have
already commented out in debian/patches/series and replace them with
this new line:

fix-man-page-links.patch

I am looking into the other line you had to comment that removes the
execute bit on file usr/share/mysql-test/include/have_QC_Disabled.inc. I
will get back to you as soon as I understand the reasons for its failure.

Regards,
Akhil
