[debian-mysql] Patch with improvements in MySQL 5.6 packaging

Hi Björn,

I agree that have direct write access will definitely make a huge 
difference in terms of both time and effort. As mentioned in the mail, I 
have completed all the steps and pending approval for pkg-mysql on 
alioth that should hopefully come soon.
