[debian-mysql] MariaDB packages sponsorship-request?

Hello Clint (and FYI to list),

As it seems that you don't have time to review my pending MariaDB
upload, is it OK to you if I announce it open for anybody to sponsor?

You and Nicholas have already taken some look at the packages during
this year, and I've done all the changes you both requested. It can't
hurt if a third DD, even if outside the MySQL team, would take a look
at the packages and perhaps sponsor them and upload them?

As representatives of this team you and Nicholas have already - to the
degree you have time - looked at the packages and coordination with
MySQL-packaging is therefore fulfilled.

And if nobody steps up as a new sponsor, you Clint will remain as the
sponsor and finish reviewing the packages some day later when you have
time. If a new sponsor appears, and you Clint are eager to review my
packages again, I don't think another sponsor would do any damage to
the process, only increase quality and it should be easy for you to
take the sponsorship back at a later time if you wish so. Does this
sound like a good plan to go forward?
