[debian-mysql] libmysql* + mysql-5.6

Hi James,

I've seen that due to #741200 the build of libmysql* is currently
surpressed with mysql-5.6 within experimental.

maybe I get it wrong - but why dont't we "ship" libmysqlclient18
instead of libmysqlclient18.1 as suggested by Adam?

are there any reasons why we cannot start pushing mysql-5.6 into sid?
