[debian-mysql] Bug#772787: libmariadb-client-lgpl-dev-compat: my_global.h missing

Dear Maintainer,

The header fine my_global.h that was present in libmariadbclient-dev and is
still available in libmysqlclient-dev is not present in this package. It
is not
truly a replacement for the removed package libmariadbclient-dev. This is
likely not the only missing header file.
