[debian-mysql] Jessie branched in git.debian.org/mariadb-10.0

Hello!

I've branched http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/mariadb-10.0.git
into 'jessie' and 'master'. Master will be the master development
branch while the jessie branch will only get cherry-picked fixes that
we want to have into Jessie.

We should not upload master contents to unstable for now. Once Jessie
is released we can start to upload stuff from master to unstable
again.
