[debian-mysql] Fixing man page syntax errors in upstream Oracle

Hello Norvald,

After successfully getting my spell check patch to upstream Oracle
MySQL I was looking into sending a patch that fixes man page syntax
errors, but I stumbled across some difficulties in the process you
might be able to help with.

The directory https://github.com/mysql/mysql-server/tree/5.7/man is
almost empty, yet the Oracle MySQL tar.gz does contain man pages. They
have some syntax errors, but I am not sure what version to base the
patches on. Is there a separate man page repo somewhere I can check
out and create a patch upon?

If the man page repo is not public I might not be that keen on sending
contributions to it. It might even have a different license? If that
is the case you could yourself do the fixes. The syntax errors can be
seen by running something like this:

$ LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 MANROFFSEQ='' MANWIDTH=80 man --warnings -E UTF-8
-l -Tutf8 -Z man/* >/dev/null

Thanks!
