[debian-mysql] MariaDB: oqgraph workaround for Ubuntu 14.04

Do you (or anybody else on this list) have any suggestions how to do
the "if boost version < 1.54" in debian/rules?

Or maybe some kind of "if file oqgraph.so exists (has been built) use
it, otherwise not"?
