[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.6 packaging changes to consider 5.6 as alternative

Hi James/ Björn,

I have worked on the commented patches in consultation with Norvald and
was able to work out a decent clean up from my side. On the MySQL
Testsuite side, all the tests are passing successfully under their
standard test conditions. I hope this patch will supplement Björn's work
around these patches.

Please find the attached patch with the changes needed for your review.
Patches that were not needed have been removed.
