[debian-mysql] Percona Server 5.5 and 5.6 package reviews

Hello again,

Following the preliminary review of our packages and feedback received 
via IRC from James, we logged the bug 
http://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-server/+bug/1281261.

We have corrected most, if not all of the issues, tested the new 
dependencies, installation, removal, and some co-play with mysql-5.5 and 
everything seems to be working correctly. The new packaging code can be 
found here

The resulting experimental packages can be found on our jenkins farm

We greatly appreciate the time already taken by the debian mysql 
maintainers and hope that there will be time to review these changes and 
get any other needed fixes put in place in order to make the 14.04 release.
