[debian-mysql] Each mysql install lead to file owned by root instead of 'mysql' in /var/lib/mysql

with --user=mysql as I may have hit this too.
with the upgrade of mysql 5.5 i again had some files returned to root:

so it seems it has not been fixed and continue to cripple all mysql
server that is upgraded. Who i can contact for this ? it seems nobody of
the package team is listening this email ?
