[debian-mysql] MariaDB 5.5.53 work in progress

Hello,

I just wanted to ping this list that I am working on upgrading the
Debian MariaDB package from .32 to freshly baked .35.

I remade the repo to have a clean commit history, so that sending
patches to upstream will be easier. I am also now using pristine-tar,
new repo name etc.. I expect the 115 commits in the old repo to be
rebased down to maybe 20 commits or so.

I might even drop the 'pkg-' from the repo name, it is a bit unnecessary.
