[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.6 packaging changes to consider 5.6 as alternative

Hi James,

Thanks for taking out time to review all the changes and also for
committing my changes along with yours!
I must say that the packaging source is much more readable :) This
re-organisation will help each one of us in our future contributions.
