[debian-mysql] installation script bug?

Hello maintainers,

When trying to install mysql-server-5.5_5.5.37-0+wheezy1 I got the
familiar screen asking me to enter a password for the MySQL root user.

I always use random, auto-generated passwords. The one I got this time
was: pSz"["Y[!^

That led to errors, I see "error in your SQL syntax" flashing before the
system gives me a screen informing me that setting the MySQL root
password failed.

Might be a bug with quotes occurring in the password? A re-install with
a newly generated password with other funny characters ( [, @, { ) in it
worked fine.

Just to let you know.

Mark

PS Thanks for all the hard work - happy user here, much appreciated :)
