[debian-mysql] MariaDB 5.5.38 upload ready

Hello,

MariaDB 5.5.38 is now ready for upload:

My personal build array (that pushes to
http://labs.seravo.fi/~otto/mariadb-repo/) does not work at the
moment, but the source builds and test suite passes fine at the PPA
for Precise, Trusty and Utopic at
https://launchpad.net/~mysql-ubuntu/+archive/mariadb

We nowadays also have enough respect from upstream to be included in
their build bot and those pass fine as well:
