[debian-mysql] Please help me man page syntax (to make the MariaDB packages Lintian clean)

For the record, I got this now fixed and there is no need for help anymore.

Colin: Yes, I'll submit all of d/patches/ upstream and even at the
moment I am waiting for upstream to process my current pending merge
requests. Serg promised on IRC to take care of them before 5.5.39 so I
guess all is OK, it just needs time..
