[debian-mysql] Bug#741286: mysql-server-5.5: /etc/init.d/mysql stop: Killing by signal code never reached

The "stop" action of "/etc/init.d/mysql" tries to shutdown mysql with "mysqladmin".
If that fails it falls back to "killall -15" and "killall -9".
It seems to me that this fallback cannot be reached, because the script exits at "log_end_msg 1".
