[debian-mysql] Mips build for mariadb-5.5 version 5.5.37 repeatedly flipping between 'BD-Uninstallable' and 'Building'

OK, roger that. It seems mips and mipsel are very slow, both taking
between 11-25 hours to build, while on other platforms each build is
just a few hours. There is a similar pattern for mysql-5.5 so I assume
this is just how it is, and not a bug related to by packaging/cmake
