I looked what another package uses. My goal here was to visualize what
the end result in d/copyright needs to look like. If we need to ask
permisison/clarification somewhere we should have an concrete
suggestion of what we want as the end result.

It seems that CYaSSL, at least in current version, isn't complete
enough for MariaDB: https://mariadb.atlassian.net/browse/MDEV-6823

No we don't have. I am right now not even sure who we should ask,
MariaDB or is this maybe inherited from Oracle. I will try to find out
more.
