[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.5.40+0+wheezy1 targetting wheezy-security

Dear MySQL maintainers,

For #765663 I have now created and uploaded to security-master
mysql-5.5/5.5.40+0+wheezy1. If nothing goes wrong I would release the
DSA for it tomorrow.

If some of you can additionally tests the packages in some further
setups this would be great. The packages are at [1].

Can you please also prepare the upload for unstable?
