[debian-mysql] Syncing packaging improvements in MariaDB <-> MySQL

Hello!

I reviewed today all git commits in the mysql-5.5 and mysql-5.6 Debian
repos to find possible fixes that have landed there and that would
benefit MariaDB packaging too.

My MariaDB packaging (both 5.5 and 10.0) is based on what mysql-5.6
was about 1,5 years ago, as at that time I was told the mysql-5.6 was
state-of-the-art and a role model I should follow. Therefore these
both variants share most of the packaging and changes done to either
one should be considered for both.

The result of my review is in the latest two commits today:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/mariadb-5.5.git/log/

You might want to review my mariadb-5.5 commits too..

PS. Robie: your git commit messages in the mysql-5.5 tree are great!
It is a pleasure to read such verbose and clear descriptions of what
the change is about.
