[debian-mysql] Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6

Hello Robie and list listeners,

Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6 (5.6.21-25.8) is now all caught up with the 
recent work done to Percona Server 5.6 packages and can be found at 
https://github.com/percona/debian-percona-xtradb-cluster-5.6

It depends on the Percona Galera 3.x packages which can be found at 
https://github.com/percona/debian-percona-galera-3

Once we have a successful PS upload, we can start the review process to 
get these two uploaded hopefully before the Ubuntu feature freeze on Feb 19.
