[debian-mysql] Bug#790249: Bug#790249: mysql-server: Upgrade 5.5 to 5.6 fails

As mariadb-10.0 packaging is based on mysql-5.6 packaging (since about
2 years ago when Nicolas Bamber et al had put a lot of effort in
making it much better than the mysql-5.5 packaging), all packaging
bugs that have been fixed in mariadb-10.0 should be reviewed and
ported over to mysql-5.6.

For example this bug was fixed in mariadb-10.0 in December 2014 like this:

It would also be good if people who report bugs against mysql-5.6 test
if the same issue is present in mariadb-10.0 or not, and if so, then
clone mysql-5.6 bugs for package:mariadb.10.0.
