[debian-mysql] mysql-5.6 -> unstable

I really hope somebody would find time to do this!

Unless this happens I need to revert mysql-5.6 compatibility changes
as they triggered a mariadb-10.0 autoremoval timer. We cannot have
things in unsync, mysql packaging must keep up with what is agreed
together and implemented in actively maintained packages.
