[debian-mysql] Bug#766996: Bug#766996: libmariadb-client-lgpl-dev-compat: misses a mysql_config symlink

I have just stumbled upon this while preparing to upgrade from my
Wheezy installations to Jessie when installing the Pyhton MySQL driver
via pip (pip install MySQL-python).

My guess is that more people will face this as they start upgrading.

Adding manually the symlink mentioned already solves the issue, and it
seems like a rather quick and clean fix.

Given that Jessie has been stabilised, maybe this would be a good time
to revisit this bug?
