Sometimes it can be useful because of the differing release schedules
between Debian and Ubuntu but we always check the changes manually
to make sure it is sane first.

Note however that we always autosync from unstable in Ubuntu and not
from testing now. This is on the basis that we have our own migration
process that is based on and parallels Debian's unstable to testing
migration.

Effectively Debian unstable is our (currently) xenial-proposed, and
Debian testing is our (currently) xenial release pocket. The reason
mariadb 10.0.22-1 isn't in Debian testing is the same reason that
10.0.22-1 is stuck in xenial-proposed and isn't in the xenial release
pocket. Some differences are that Ubuntu doesn't have an artificial
delay, although it does gate on dep8 tests passing, including for all
reverse dependencies.
