I prepared the recent updates for src:mysql-5.5 for wheezy- and
jessie-security at least, and can confirm that there the testsiuite is
running very long and ist quite extensive.
For example for the last build for jessie-security on amd64 we had:
Build Architecture: amd64
Build-Space: 2700784
Build-Time: 3818
Distribution: jessie-security
Host Architecture: amd64
Install-Time: 46
Job: mysql-5.5_5.5.46-0+deb8u1
Machine Architecture: amd64
Package: mysql-5.5
Package-Time: 3883
Source-Version: 5.5.46-0+deb8u1
Space: 2700784
Status: successful
Version: 5.5.46-0+deb8u1
Just a data-point, I'm not the maintainer.
Regards,
Salvatore
