[debian-mysql] Bug#802563: Bug#802563: mysql-5.6: Multiple security fixes from the October 2015 CPU

Beautiful; The test inserts an event with enddate 2015-10-10, which the 
server then immediately drops, causing the failure when the test tries 
to drop it.
This has been fixed upstream after .46, but just changing the date to be 
sometime after eol should fix it.
