I prepared an upload for this last week[1], but have needed to coordinate
with James Page (my sponsoring DD) as I'm a new DM so needed to sort out
upload permissions. I also pushed Andreas' git from his last upload to
master. Andreas, do you need permission to push to master?

I'll upload my branch shortly.

I'm going ahead with uploading just the debian/copyright fix for now so
as to unblock things as quickly as possible.
