Yes thats (unfortunately) still the case. You need to be a DD for now,
to upload to security-master. DM uploads are not yet implemented.

Can you provide me the resulting (signed) source package? In that case
I can build and upload it instead (but would like not to deal with the
packaging git repository, in case it has some workflows to use).
