Ok, sounds reasonable. We can revisit this (or do some NMUs) if necessary to
speed things up.

Ok. For packages that suggest mysql-*, bugs shouldn't be RC, so maybe severity
normal. For depends and recommends, it should be serious. (and for packages that
have multiple of those, go with the higher severity and mention everything in
the bug. you can have one template explaining everything and use that for
everything).
