[debian-mysql] Bug#848914: Bug#848914: mysql-server: supply configuration file for command-line arguments

I looked at it again and solved it..

I could not tell whether systemd was using /etc/init.d/mysql or an 
actual unit file so perhaps there should be a quick mention about this 
in /usr/share/doc/mysql-server/readme.debian..
