[debian-mysql] mariadb-connector-c version 2.2.2-1 (almost) ready for upload

Sorry for the late reply!

I was in FOSDEM when your message arrived and I didn't have time to
think about it until now.

I fixed the copyright file formatting in commit c56b7b2 and pushed to git.

You're renames are fine by me, Clear improvement.

Public test builds visible at show all green:
