[debian-mysql] Changes in repositories at git.debian.org pkg-mysql

Hello!

For those who don't follow on IRC:

There is now a new mysql.git repository that contains the mysql-5.7
packaging and mysql-defaults packaging. The plan is to move the
mysql-5.6 packaging there too. The different packages are on different
branches.

While doing this, I also moved some of the old repositories under
archive/ and updated their desrciptions to mention DEPRECATED. I also
unified all the repository descriptions so that it is easier for new
people to grasp what is where:

I do not however have file permissions for pkg-mysql/packages/mysql so
I could not remove it, but it does matter much as it does not show up
in the list of repositories anymore.
