Sorry, Ubuntu 16.04 ships with MySQL 5.7 only. If you must use MySQL
5.5, I suggest you use Ubuntu 14.04 instead. It is supported until 2019.

You can of course put something together yourself, or find others who
have done this and use their instructions. But I recommend against it if
you will need any help later.
