I was thinking I could run some git log author scripts on our
repositories, and clean up the list of members from people who have
not done any commits in 3 years. Does that sound OK to you?

Some users are twice using their -guest and Debian usernames. I'll
clean the -guest away for those who have actual DD accounts.

For the long-term continutiy of our team it would be good to reflect
the real time size in Alioth, so we know where we stand in terms of
resources and what is our need to recuirt more contributors.
