[debian-mysql] Moving of libmysqlservices.a from libmysqld-dev to libmysqlclient-dev

Hi,

In MySQL 5.7 we're moving libmysqlservices.a from the libmysqld-dev package to libmysqlclient-dev (it's used for plugin development, and has no real relation to the embedded server).
To do this we need to add a breaks-replaces for the old libmysqld-dev in both MySQL and MariaDB. Do you have some idea of which version of the MariaDB package it would be appropriate to add this for?
