This is wrong. Those packages are not based on those versions and are
a branch. You merging

mysql-connector-c++ (1.1.4+really1.1.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * revert to 1.1.3 (closes: #836731)

before

after

mysql-connector-c++ (1.1.4-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * "New" upstream release

  * explicitly set INSTALL_LIBDIR to lib to fix install
  * use dh_* -a instead of -s

 -- Rene Engelhard <rene at debian.org>  Sun, 21 Aug 2016 10:16:27 +0200

and before

mysql-connector-c++ (1.1.5-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release

now marked https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=836731
and friends not affecting the packages, whereas it does affect >= 1.1.4

I fixed the BTS meta-info, but I'll probably do a upload to remove this
bogus merging.
Branches are branched, let them as they are to avoid such trouble.

Regards,

Rene
