No, it won't.

I saw mysql-connector-c++ 1.1.7-4 but that gives you only a dependency libmysqlcppconn7v5 (>= 1.1.7).

Whereas to be sure here we should add a >= 1.1.7-3. There were the ((probably) broken)
1.1.7-1 and 1.1.7-2 in the arhive; admittedly only in experimental to people would have needed to install
it maually, but...
