[debian-mysql] Upload sponsorship for MySQL 5.7.16-2 to Debian unstable

Hi all,

We've prepared a fix release of MySQL 5.7.16 with fixes for a couple of 
serious bugs (particularly #844275), so would be great if we could get 
help with the upload to unstable.
It should be ready to go from the debian/master head at 
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/mysql.git/log/.

Dominic, I'm bugging you specifically since you helped us out last time :)
