Thank you Otto. It would be nice to add a usertag to those bugs, e.g.

user pkg-mysql-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org
usertag NNN default-libmysqlclient

so that we get a nice report page to track progress.

BTW packages that (build-)depend on mysql-client/server also need to switch
those dependencies, right? Maybe we need bugs for those as well (or the current
bugs need to mention that).
