[debian-mysql] Test failures ignored during build

Hi Lars,
as far as I remember back in these days this was a blocker to get the pkg
working at all.
Imho several tests will fail as debian is offering much more platforms then
oracle does, but I guess we'll have to figure that out and maybe disable
testcases per platform?
