[debian-mysql] Test failures ignored during build

Hi Robie,

based on the commit message I fully agree.
Although I asked for a review:

But you are right - the commit message sucks. afaik we already have had
that discussion on this list afterwards.

Anyhow - shall I re enable the testsuite fail for i386/amd64?
