[debian-mysql] [ottok/mariadb-10.0] add python dependency to package mariadb-test-data (#44)

I guess we should either edit the mariadb-test-data.install to be more
specific and not include
usr/share/mysql/mysql-test/plugin/tokudb/tokudb/t/*.py or edit the
rules file and add to the stanza "override_dh_auto_install" that we
delete those files, so they never are included in the final package.
