[debian-mysql] Bug#860732: no SELinux domain transition, due to PrivateDevices

When using SELinux, the mysqld process does not transition into the
mysqld_t domain; it's remaining in init_t.

A fix is to comment out the mariadb.service configuration

#PrivateDevices=true

This might be related to https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/3845
