[debian-mysql] migration path from mysql to mariadb for stretch?

It has been developed and tested to work out-of-the-box. Just run 'apt
update' and 'apt dist-upgrade' and the migration from MySQL 5.5 or
MariaDB 10.0 to MariaDB 10.1 should happen automatically.
