[debian-mysql] Removing innotop from mysql-client-5.7

Hi,

The mysql-client-5.7 package contains a tool called innotop. This tool
is not a part of the MySQL source tarball, but a separate perl program
that is copied from debian/additions/innotop during packaging.

The innotop source code is maintained at
https://github.com/innotop/innotop, but the copy in mysql-client-5.7
hasn't been updated in a long time.

The version of innotop currently in mysql-client-5.7 does not work with
MySQL 5.7. Instead of updating with a new version from github, Robie,
Lars and I have agreed that we'd like to remove the tool from
mysql-client-5.7 (and future versions). Are there any objections?

If anyone wants to package innotop, you're welcome to do so. In that
case, we think it should be done as a separate package.
